“I travel for work and the quality of the bed is a huge component along with the customer service aspect. Check in was lovely. Great front desk service. The room was lovely with two queen size beds. However, in one of the Queen beds, there were food particles. Depending on how management addresses this concern brought to their attention just before I was about to retire will determine my future patronage to this facility. ”

“We liked almost everything. The breakfast was yummy, the people were very pleasant, but it would be nice if there were two options in the bathroom for the light and fan. The fan was VERY loud. I get it that you want people to use it during the shower, but Wow! ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Some minor concerns: the smoke detector was disengaged; the toilet seat wouldn't stay up and our key card failed to function on the day of our departure. Nothing really critical. It's a nice hotel and comfortable. ”

“I made a reservation for the wrong town! When I showed up in Wadena they were able to squeeze me in to their already busy hotel. Everyone was pleasant, the coffee was ever flowing in the entry area, and the breakfast good. If I return to the Wardens area I will definitely try to stay here again.”

“We've taken the family to a handful of different hotels in the past few years all over the state of MN, and most of them have had a pool that was a little chilly. Not full on cold, but chilly. This one was pleasantly warm, so much so my wife even made the comment that it wasn't bad (she's always cold lol). If we're staying in the area, definitely staying here again.”

“Everything was great! I stayed in #214. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. You can tell she really cares about your stay. I had a small dog with me and that was not a problem. Although this is a pet friendly hotel, it was quiet when I was there. No excessive noise from pets. “We had a couple of issues with check in due to the keys not being where expected and it took a bit to contact the property manager, but once we found the keys, we had a great time. Only really bad experience was the downstairs neighbor had some people over late at night and were loud and some of us weren't able to sleep well due to the noise. However, the house was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we are ever……
