“The property was exactly as advertised and had everything you could need for your time at the beach. The neighborhood was great with a coffee shop and little grocery store literally 1 block away. I don’t know how you could find a better location in San Diego, everything was perfect. ”

“ Beautiful location and amazing view! Beds were comfy and everything was very clean.Could use an upgrade on the towels, but plenty were provided. Everyone who runs or owns the place are very nice and helpful. Also there is an elevator to the Mermaids Penthouse which was great!”

“This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Ocean views abound and there are multiple balconies and sitting areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.the rooftop deck is the thing that pushes this house over the endure and makes it truly a one-of-a-kind. Top of the world! Bedding was also super comfy and there are extra blankets for cuddling up outside. We will definitely be back!”

“So many issues with this property!#1 it does NOT fit 10 people!! Could 10 people sleep there? Sure, on top of each other, but you can’t move or have any space for literally anything! The bungalows are tiny. We had only 2 people in one unit and were cramped and had no place to put our stuff!#2 There is no air-conditioning in master bedroom! Only a unit in family area. It was SO hot and stuffy even with a window open.#3 The units are right on Mission Blvd. and it is very loud!#4 Horrible……
