“ Very spacious. Cute little neighborhood. Literally one block to the beach. Kitchen table nook with 5 windows perfect for watching the neighborhood wake up in the morning. Tile work is gorgeous in master bath. Towels and linens were bright white and soft. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The location was so close to the beach! It was a great, central location for anywhere we wanted to go. Adam, the host, was super responsive the few times we reached out.The parking space is small -- but we were able to fit our Chevy Malibu rental car by backing in and folding in the mirrors. It was nice to have a guaranteed space to park.The studio is small but functional. There is a bed and a futon. The place was clean. And it was very nice to have a patio area to sit……

“We had reservations elsewhere at a local hotel and jumped on this property when it popped up available for a last minute stay. Steps from the Mission Beach boardwalk, and Belmont Park not much farther, the location was excellent. The place was perfect for our group, and management was very attentive. It was a clean home, with everything we needed for an extended weekend stay, and walking distance to food and fun of all types. Highly recommended.”
