“Great house space and great outdoor living space, but needs more upkeep and deep cleaning. The location was great. The host was very good to communicate with us and respond to some basic needs that we requested on arrival . Furnishings in the living room were very limited for a house advertised for 10. One chair and one couch for seating. The outdoor patio furniture and living area was not usable on arrival. Very very dirty. The host informed us there had been a dust storm a few days prior and……

“Wonderful stay. Really appreciated the garage access to keep the car out of the heat. Kitchen was well equipped. The owners seemed to think of everything we'd need for our stay from shampoo in the shower to a charging port for our phones in the bedroom. There's no overwhelming tasks or rules just to wash our dishes and take out the trash which is common courtesy when you stay in someone else's home. Would stay again”

“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the……
