“Heron' Cove is a great location with plenty of room for our family group of eight adults and four children under 10. We were in VA for our Son's wedding in Mineral, VA. The layout was perfect for our needs. We are already talking about a return trip. Fully equip kitchen (w/two refrigerators) made meals a breeze. “Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. “Great place for multi gen fam vacations ”

“We rented this magnificent property for my daughter’s 15th birthday. We had 6 adults, 5 15 year olds, and 2 12 year olds. We were blown away! Bring your toothbrush and bathing suits. Daniel and his team thought of everything else! This was our first experience with VRBO, and it was a great one. As we walked in, we saw that they had under-promised and over-delivered! “This property is not as advertised. It’s is very dirty inside and out. There were hornets nests on the chairs outside hindering us unable to use the porch. The house was not cleaned, very dirty, trash in the trash cans, floors were covered in dirt. The towels ALL had holes in them. Really not as clean and lavish as it looks. Very disappointed… pretty far from the lake, definitely. It a walking distance. We came to enjoy the lake and couldn’t with this property. I suggest you find another. Way……

“My group of buddies and I have been doing a yearly fishing trip since 2017. This house and stay has been our unanimous favorite so far. The house itself was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more than the four of us. The dock was really nice, plenty of electric to charge the boat batteries and could fit 2-4 bass boats if necessary. I even caught a few small largemouth when we were just hanging out down by the water. The access to both parts of the lake from an insanely close……
