Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told before arriving that it hadn’t been working for several weeks. Yes, there is a small hill to get down to the water but it’s no more than a 90 second walk at most. “The property was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kids stayed mainly in the basement playing games and watching movie. The water at the dock is only 3 feet deep and a slip was not offered. It worked for us but a larger boat will need somewhere else to dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit with the kids.
