“The perfect stay. Susie the front desk lady was very warm and friendly making the check in process that much more inviting. Walking distance to everything in Bar harbor. “It’s an old building and it shows. Pipes make noise whenever anyone in the building turns on the water. Not central HVAC; split systems are ok but in a smaller room like mine it just blows right on you, hard to sleep with it on. The room is nicely decorated and cleaning service is great. A small chair would’ve made a big difference in the room I was in, but presumably the owners felt it would take up too much floor space. Breakfast was as advertised; better than average coffee. “Wonderful staff, clean rooms, yummy breakfast! This inn is right near downtown Bar Harbor (less than a 10 min walk to the center of town). The staff were exceptional and very kind. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely stay here again. ”
