“Room was tiny but overall I give it 4 would have been a 5 if room larger and had clothes hanging area NOT over fridge/microwave”

“Nice place for the money. Quiet area, but close to the shopping areas, and lots of places nearby to eat, which is handy since there isn't a breakfast included. The room was nice and large with a separate fridge & freezer. Bathroom was small and could use a little updating, but a great place to stay for the money.”

“GREAT place just barley outside of Mountain View, AR Close enough to Walmart, restuarants and down town, you could be to all within 5 minutes. We will definately stay there again when we return to Mountain View.”

“Had a great time! We had an upstairs room with a Gorgeous view of the river. Hit showers, clean rooms. Not terribly updated. But rooms are large, clean, and have everything you need. We especially enjoyed the full size coffee maker. We will for sure be back. ”

“Absolutely love the arrangement of the house. It worked perfect for 2 couples and our teenage kids. Our parents live in the area and came over for Thanksgiving and the home provided a very spacious living/kitchen/dining area. Plenty of room in all rooms and the house was fully stocked. Out in the country but not far from town. Loved having the chickens to tend to and fire pit out front was excellent. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. ”
