“The property was nice and very easy to get to. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hot Springs. The room was clean and comfortable except for some stains on the carpet. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The lady running the breakfast did an excellent job of making sure that there was plenty of food available. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a great place to stay, if you are planning a trip to Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. It is an EASY walk to Oaklawn. ”

“The shower was great - steady water pressure. The heating unit worked very well, no complaints. The room was clean and modern. The beds were a little firm for us, we woke up a little achy every day. The coffee maker in the bedroom didn't work. We stayed 6 nights and were never offered fresh towels or housekeeping service, though the sticker on the mirror indicated that any stay 3 days or longer would receive both. I would look for other accommodations on my next trip. ”
