“There are so many things to like. A convenience store with short order restaurant was only 1/2 mile away. There are mowed paths for those who enjoy nature walks. It is rural. I didn't see anyone the 4 days i was there. The place was clean, had an incredible air conditioner. I loved my stay. My wife was going to come with me but she wasn't able this time.i needed a quiet respite and this was perfect. It is roughly half way between Mt Magazine and Paris.”

“Wanted a nice place to stay closer to climbing and the river. It was perfect. The kitchen is small but has what you need. We all agreed we would stay here again. Sunrises on the deck were gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone. ”

“We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories.”

“The property was amazing. Everything the listing stated was accurate. Could not have ask for a better host. If you’re looking for a get away from the hustle and bustle this is definitely the place. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere but well worth the stay. It was amazing and we’ll definitely do it again. ”

“This is the best location to see the elk. The property was clean, beautifully updated, and Mattie is a great host. Very detailed oriented and we had fresh flowers, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, bbq grill. Great stay!”
