And the screen on the front was not moldy it is green from the trees it sets under. Yes the house could use a few repair. But for an old house. “The location was 10-15 minutes from the main places in Fayetteville we visited but it was to have a nice quiet place to come back to. Easy to access and having the garage option was nice since there was a threat of hail during our stay. A/C worked well, water pressure and temp were good”
