“Clean and cute! I spent all my time relaxing out on the screened in porch. You simply cannot beat the view. Note: There wasn't a moment that went by without boats driving very close to the dock all weekend, so if you wanted swim, that could be a problem. It didn't bother me at all, but worth mentioning if you wanted a chill swim area... this might not be the place (at least over the weekend).”

“UPON ARRIVAL YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. SO I TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. BACKED TRACKED AND LOOKED ELSEWHERE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GOING DOWN OTHER ROADS, I WENT BACK AND WENT BACK TO PRIVATE RD AND WENT PASSED SIGN. THEN I SEEN ANOTHER SIGN WITH THE ADDRESS AND IT WAS NOT VERY BIG. COULD NOT SEE IT FROM THE SIGN THAT SAID PRIVATE. NORMALY WHEN YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. YOU DON'T GO PAST IT. I SUGGEST A SIGN THAT SAYS HICKORY HIDEOUT.”

“The house was beautiful.The host answered all our questions within minutes.Plenty of room for our large family. Kitchen was well stocked. A 12 cup coffee pot and a kcup. The back deck and river was awesome. The grandchildren and adults enjoyed the river every day. The driveway is a little ruff but if you take it slowly its not a problem. Nice quiet area. ”

“We had a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of the hilltops ! Saw some animals here and there. Host was very accommodating and helpful . Cabin was clean and well-maintained . Great spot to sit in the hot tub and look out from the deck. Spent most of our time on the deck listening to nature. We will definitely come back during the fall time to see the beautiful colors. Tried to add photos but says too large to add I’ll b sending to host .”
