“We had such a great time for our weekend getaway. The home was just as described in the listing. Check-in was easy and I had everything I needed before arrival. The home was clean and cozy. The only con was that the driveway is difficult for large vehicles. Check-out was just as easy as check-in. If I return to Eureka Springs I will definitely consider staying here again. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend getaway, the house was nice and clean, however it had snowed the day before and the driveway is sloped it would have been nice if it had been cleared or at least a path to the door. Maybe throw some icemelt or have a shovel for us, to remove the snow. I will still give it a 5 star and stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. Nice little bakery across the road. Plenty of things to do in town. The house was nice and clean, the owner was very responsive to our messages when we had a tiny issue arise that was totally caused by the extreme cold outside. The bed was very comfortable and quiet, not squeaky ar all. If we come back, we will consider staying here again. ”

“Perfect location, perfect(ly) described, perfectly appointed, perfect communication. We spent the week in this property, working some, playing some, enjoying all. I had several questions prior to arriving, and communication with property manager was quick and easy. She was so helpful and accommodating. There were just the two of us, but because we spent the entire week, and worked while we were there, we enjoyed having three separate bedrooms and a large dining area. Kitchen was great; living……

“A very nice cottage with an antique interior! The area is super close to downtown and all the daytime activities and the evenings and nights are very peaceful and relaxing. Even with all the antiques in the cottage all the amenities are there! The hot tub is perfect for the chilly nights and the view from the deck is fantastic! My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here 10 out of 10 would reccomend!”

“We stayed Friday - Sunday and got to see some of the most gorgeous sun rises from the hot tub while we slowly woke up. The neighbors had a golf cart Christmas parade which was so fun to see! The bed was very comfortable and it was just enough space to not overthink anything. We loved our stay and love Eureka! ”

“Booked this for our annual "Friendsgiving" vacation, and it did not disappoint! We had four couples (all 50 +) at the home and there was more than enough room for everyone. Not just the bedrooms, which were all spacious with comfortable beds, but both the common rooms had plenty of space for lounging, gaming, eating, etc.. The downstairs gaming / common room has great reclining sofas to sit around and watch the TV if that's your thing, and there is also a ping-pong table inside and hot tub……
