“Only problem we has was that the sink in our room was way to slow in draining. We were on room # 103 it took forever to drain when brushing our teeth and when my husband was shaving.”

“The staff were so helpful and gracious. The bed in my original room was elevated as was the bath. They very kindly switched me to a different location so that I could avoid all the up-and-down movement with my knees. This was a great place to visit with dogs. Hiking, sitting by the campfire and resting near the big postcard window were memorable and relaxing ways to pass the time with furry friends. ”

“We were expecting a typical hotel room, but it was more like a small apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. Nice complimentary breakfast and very accommodating staff.”

“If you have heard the old saying "don't judge a book by its cover" this place is what it refers to. From the outside you would almost think the property is shut down, however when you open your room it is beautiful. And checking in couldn’t be easier, it is like a VRBO.”

“This cabin was exactly what we needed to re-charge! It was a very relaxing stay, and even with an area power outage, this cabin was just amazing! We spent 3 days here and never left the cabin. If you need a get-away, this is a great cabin! The ONLY thing we would have liked to add to this stay is perhaps a fire pit outside (or even a wood ring on the porch?) But that is just our preference, not a requirement. ”

“This property was excellent for being on the water with our kids! The kids, dog and even my husband and I enjoyed playing in the beautiful Tacoa. The house was spacious and my husband and I were able to have some separate space and not have the kids right on top of us the entire time. We enjoyed cooking meals there, gathering around the large dining table to play games and the morning coffee views were so relaxing. We drove to the lake for dinner, went kayaking with Appalachian Adventures (……
