“Tan Alley Wuzhen Eco and Cultural Community is exactly what I wanted--and more! I wanted someplace to stay while I visited the Wuzhen scenic areas. Tan Alley is super convenient for that; it is only a few minutes walk from the West Scenic Area, and the East Scenic Area also is only a short walk away. Tan Alley is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Their staff were extremely accommodating; King was available by telephone all night; I had to message him for help in the evening, and he responded……

“I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined……
