“I only gave three stars for property condition because it was a very high step to get into the room. I am a senior citizen and had to hold onto the doorpost to lift myself up. A step should be added for SAFETY purposes.”

“I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated.”

“Hitorical, straightforward, part of REAL community, NOT A STERILE HOTEL, personable while professional. It has old fashioned boarding house charm. Highly recommend, unless you are seeking the Hilton.”

“This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other……

“Gorgeous house. Very spacious and well equipped. Hugh back yard and great hot tub. A mix of lovely classic mountain cabin with updated beautiful furniture and design. The basement playroom is super fun with a pool table. Kitchen is perfect for family meals with a BBQ grill outside. A lot of games for adults and kids. Basketball hoop outside. The host is super responsive and sweet. Great place to stay if you're visiting Minnewaska park (30 min away). Two excellent restaurants one minute drive……

“A perfect cozy Catskills get away for two! The hammocks and secluded outdoor mini dining area were a really fun addition and everything in the unit is well throughout to make the best use of the space while having full service amenities! It was cute and comfortable, the location is central to a lot of Catskills attractions and we will definitely be recommending it to others!”
