“Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met. “Overall room appearance at first was great. But small details were overlooked. Wastebaskets in room/ bathroom were filthy. The bottom wall in bathroom by door was dirty. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. The bedframe for one of the beds was broken. This would’ve been discovered when housekeeping prepared the beds prior to our arrival. ”

“This is an absolutely breathtaking property with many free amenities for the price. It was spotless. Great front desk experience and shuttle bus ride to the show. Highly recommend. If we are splitting hairs, my only two recommendations would be to have actual tissue boxes in the bathroom (not the small pocket type) and free shuttle service to the shows.”
