“The host was very courteous and let me know everytime she would be unavailable, if she was unavailable she still had someone able to be reached for any issues. The house was nice and the process was very easy for checking in and out, there is a lot of open space and room for activities. Not a lot of places to visit around the house but the house is for sure the highlight if you are wanting to make the trip to Monticello. Nice house for groups and events.”

“My family of 10 which included two kids had an amazing stay at Shira’s house. We enjoyed how clean and simple it was and Shira was so easy to communicate with. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and we all took advantage of the indoor hot tub! We played board games as a family in the dining room and the bedrooms were also very comfortable. The two refrigerators in the kitchen was also very helpful for us as a big group. Thank you so much!! I hope we will be back! ”

“Great property, and one of the most thoroughly stocked VRBO locations we’ve ever stayed at - from the kitchen/cooking/dining items (even an almost a full spice rack!) to bathroom items (eg. hair dryers, cue tips, etc) - this place had everything. Smooth check in, responsive host/property manager, great hot tub and fire pit area,. It was perfect for our family of 5, and our friend’s family of 4. Plenty of room for all, ample sleeping arrangements, 3 full baths. Incredible. We’ll be back!”

“lovely lake house. very quiet in secluded cove of the lake. clean, well stocked, AC worked well. water levels were low so that was a bummer so the lake access wasnt right out the door. but that has nothing to do with the home owner, but know the lake is a reservoir with varying water levels. still, house was super close to the marina and we were able to rent boats multiple days which was terrific. lower bedroom had a cot not a full twin as expected, but we made it work for our family of 5. ……

“While the listing states there are two bedrooms, that is not the case. There is a lovely bedroom with a king size bed and then the second "bedroom" is actually just a loft with two hard futons (pictured). There are also two showers, both located in the first bedroom en suite. We went to the cabin as two couples and these accommodations made for incredibly unequal stays. In addition, it should be know that you are asked to not flush your toilet paper, but put used paper in the garbage and the……
