“The house was perfectly spacious and the outside area by the lake was amazing. Easy drive to the nearby small towns. Full of character and the house was well prepared.”

“Host Gary met us at check-in and started a fire, which was welcome on a chilly day. Nice views of lake and near Bethel Woods Center for Arts and Woodstock museum. Cabin had whimsical touches, however, housekeeping may not have been ready for season start. Spider and web behind door, dusty shelves, rumpled sheets. Skylight in one bedroom needs a shade, and blinds in that bedroom didn't close for us.”

“We had perfect weather which just added to the beauty of the property. The host thought of everthing from the fire pit and chairs, to lounge chairs by the water, even a banquet table to eat by the water. The hot tub is in a perfect place to enjoy the view. The bathrooms are new and so pretty. The living room is comfortalbe with widows overlooking the property. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lawn games and gameroom added to the fun!! We would go back! ”

“Incrediblely disappointed in this house. Not only was it extremely unclean but there were multiple rats in the house as well as uncleaned rat feces on the kitchen counter, as well as the beds being dusty upon entry. Game area lacked most equipment that was shown and half of the amenities were closed and not diclosed till after the property was booked. Kitchen was claimed to be fully stocked however there was no serviceable pans and all pots were dirty. Additionally, there were no utensil. Host……
