“La Quinta in Lubbock did not disappoint. From early check-in to pre-check out, my stay was nice. Lobby was clean and inviting. Registrant friendly; room spacious and clean. I especially appreciated being asked the make/model/color of my car for added security. The parking lot was well-lit. Whenever I have plans to book a hotel in Lubbock, La Quinta will be a favorite choice”

“Our stay started out terrible. We had paid for two rooms through expedia and arrived at 3:30 which is after published check in. We were told there were no queen rooms available and not given any real options. We were offered a refund and then told if we wait we could get our rooms. If you are going to charge for early check in you should pay for late availablilty of same.”
