“We had a quick stay for a graduation. The property is pretty, it’s peaceful and spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy Perfectly located near pretty much everything we needed, making it easy to explore. The host was welcoming and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful and hassle free stay. If we make it back into town in the future I will certainly seek out this property first. ”

“Close and convenient if you're coming for anything Texas Tech related. Cozy, clean, comfortable home most amenities anyone could need. One small suggestion is to have tissue available so as to not have to use TP. Lastly, you will be visited by two cute fox that are in the backyard, at least both mornings we were there. They don't bother anyone and scoot along if you walk through to get to the dumpster. Very attentive hosts, thank you.”

“Took my kids for a TT campus visit with a friend of theirs. This place is great in terms of location and coziness. Really only 1 solid shared bathroom/shower in the middle of the house so that might not be good for some. There is a tiny shower/bathroom in the "master" but my daughter didn't use it. Anyway...can't really complain. Not a lot of super nice options in Lubbock. I would stay here again for sure. ”
