“We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much character and was in our favorite part of Lubbock; Tech Terrace. Just blocks away from campus and blocks away from beautiful parks. The house was so cozy and clean and the hosts were quick-to-respond and friendly! When we come back to Lubbock next, we’re hoping to stay here again!”

“Older property needing upgrading. Appears to be a work in progress. Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there. Will inquire further before any future booking. The price……

“This home was perfect for accomodating us while we packed up and moved our kids from TTU. The covered parking and long driveway gave us room to park our truck and trailer. The house was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling through Lubbock!”

“First of all the host was so nice, letting our yorkie stay as well. And the neighborhood was very nice, we all felt safe!! The house was so clean and big enough for all our family. The rooms were big and the restroom we perfect. I loved the bathtub. I would definitely go back. ”

“This house was so cute! Great outdoor area in back! Everything we needed inside! It was my two sisters, one going through radiation, and myself. Close to medical areas. The Tech Terrace area it is located in is so walkable- so many families and others walking and biking all the time!! Would definitely stay here again!! Also, extremely pet friendly!!!”
