“What a great and unique place! We stayed in "The Cabin" room, which apparently is the oldest wood structure in the county, and you could tell it was very historic, yet also very comfortable. The Inn is in a perfect location in town, within a few steps of restaurants and also the National Park. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and fun to have family style seating for the meal too (although you can also choose to have it served to the room). A fantastic place to stay for a night (as we did)……

“We had a great stay at the Deerfield Hideaway. The home was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for our big group. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with different pots and pans. Having the use of a UTV to travel from the home down to the lake was also a huge plus and allowed us to spend lots of time at the lake. Overall, a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would love to come back and stay again! ”

“My extended family had a wonderful time.They loved the peacefulness of the area. The ability to must spend time in a quiet space and enjoy the surroundings. They simply loved the cabin. I would say the only draw back is that cell phones don’t work up there at all. I mentioned to the company and management that they should have some type of land line for emergency purposes. We were happy everyone was fine.”

“Its an older building and its been remodel Has the old look to it but new stuff. Room was very nice..good view to the city..this trip was a quick over night trip, looking forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy the lodge.”
