“We were there for a college graduation and had to leave early on Saturday morning to get to the ceremony. Although breakfast hours were advertised to start at 7:00 on Saturday, everything was open and ready by 6:45, which was a welcome surprise!”

“Beautiful property. Ony challenges were that the address was not provided in the check in email so had to reach out for that. And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience”

“House was super clean and inviting. The person I worked with from Evolve, Joanna, was great. Highly recommend this property. We have to come back!”

“This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely……

“Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. ”

“First, the direction when we get to the property isn’t what it actually is. Second, the guy who finally helped us after we’ve only gone back and forth trying to find our way to our cabin is nothing more than sarcastic and critical of us. Third, the cabin is nice, I just hope that they have more blanket to use on cold nights.”
