“My family (husband, me and two adult sons) & German Shepherd stayed here over Thanksgiving. Great location, lane is a bit washed out, but driveway to the house was great. Cottage was cozy and well stocked. Great appliances, great stock of pans, cookware, utensils. Very nice layout - the upstairs with two beds and the downstairs with one. “We needed a place to stay for a PSU event that was convenient to campus and affordable. Also, I was glad to NOT be in State College on a playoff weekend. This place was perfect for us: Absolutely immaculate, cozy warm, incredible host, and had everything we needed for a restful weekend. “We loved staying here! The house is immaculate and just as described. Ruth was great and communicated well. The only thing I would say to be careful about is that cell service in the area is a little weak and there's no wifi so if you're someone that needs to be connected 100% of the time, just be aware.
