“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

“The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We are a family of 5 and the house was just what we needed. Clean and with everything we needed to have a relaxed atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the water tub! Will recommend this place to everyone. ”

“We had a great stay with our family of 5 plus grandparents. Plenty of room and especially nice to have a crib. The fire pit and back yard were wonderful in the evenings. Great location to see and do plenty of outdoor sights and activities in the area. Host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we would suggest is removing the trophy animals (three deer heads and a turkey). Not everyone is comfortable with such……

“Our stay was perfect! Our adult children loved the board games, we had a fuse-ball tournament and then relaxed in the spacious hot tub. Great enclosed balcony at the front of the house overlooking a huge front yard for our dog, and a great entertaining deck out back with large bbq and patio furniture. It was so tranquil - we even were luck enough to see deer come close in the forest at the property line. Perfect!! ”
