“There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced.”

“Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!”

“Pros: The apartment/condo itself is in very nice shape. Appears to be recently remodeled and the owner was responsive. It is right next to the restaurants/bars in Windham.Needed Minor Tweeks - nothing serious, just tips for families..: *The two step entry process (key to building then App into apartment) made sense. Change the App name to "Apartment Door", not "Front Door" because we thought it also worked on the outside entrance at first.*There was no soap for the showers in either……

“We had a wonderful stay in Dave’s condo. It was clean, convenient and he is an excellent communicator. Helped with our planning and his check in instructions were very helpful. He goes above and beyond to provide guests with all the information you need for a seamless stay. The condo is well supplied and his welcome gift was quite generous. We have rented a lot of properties over the years and Dave is a top host.”

“We stayed in Steve’s condo in Windham for four nights while visiting family in the area for New Year’s Eve. We love the Windham area - there is so much to do and the condo was well located. Steve’s place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and Steve was communicative throughout. We would stay here again.”

“The condo is nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need for a quick ski trip. Location is great and it had everything we needed. There was a great deal of things we needed to do before we left the condo, stripping the beds, washing all the dishes and collecting garbage, which isn’t too bad if you have the time.”

“Most relaxing, the property well situated amongst trees and woods. Plenty of clearing to enjoy the grounds for playing around. Our pitbull absolutely enjoyed the wandering and wooded areas. Local neighbors were very friendly. Many deer on the property every evening they would be out just after dark. Lots of games to keep you busy, WiFi worked great. The cabin was perfect, just bring your food and snacks. Everything else is there.”
