“It was a halfway point in our destination. Located in rural Appalachia. Older buildin. Rooms clean but could use updating. Fitness center closed. Breakfast was adequate and stocked well. Pretty basic.”

“This was a weekend getaway for us and it was perfect. Very clean. Hot water. Plenty of towels. Bed was nice. We had a sweet so it had plenty of room. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. This is a smaller and not a chain hotel which made it more comfortable for us. I would recommend staying here. ”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“The lady that took care of dinning area did a wonderful job of keeping food filled in and cleaning was excellent worker. Very pleasant. She deserves a raise as well as maids keeping rooms clean. The staff at the desk seemed to have a good time talking with one another. Didn’t acknowledge the guests unless checking in or out. ”

“The bed was excellent. The bathroom doorknob was about to fall off. The shower head was awful. And I prefer to use the stairs as much as possible but two of the three lights in the stairwell were out so I had to use my cell phone flashlight in order to see where I was going, which is certainly a safety violation and against the law. I mentioned this at the front and the young man said he'd told the management about this at least a week ago and it still hadn't been addressed.”
