The two cleaning gals we talked to were so very helpful and friendly. They are certainly essential to this place. The patio/balcony is a private little area to enjoy morning coffee on, watching the river come to life each morning. We are coming back to celebrate our anniversary because this area has everything we want,……

Sometimes the highway noise makes sleep difficult but we bring earplugs with us now. We find the place comfortable overall and will stay again next time we come to Phillips. ”
