“The cottage was Great, a very nice place. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor fires. Had fun in the kayaks and my dog even learned how to ride in the canoe! Only disappointment was no swimming. Water was not good quality. Did catch some small fish, even a couple enuf to have a snack on. Very private setting. Kari was always easy to get answer from too. ”

“We brought our 91 yo mom on a fall getaway. We all enjoyed watching the lake and treeline change throughout each day depending on the sunlight. We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We played board games at night on the big table. Two of us went kayaking which was fun & easy to launch from & return on the sandy beach. The location was convenient for daytrips to Phillips and Timms Hill. It was also awesome that our small dog could join us. We had a great stay……

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. House was very clean and in great shape. All plates and utensils were clean. The porch was a hit and where we spent most of our time. Lake was too low to use our boat but had took beautiful walks and played at the park in tomahawk. Wonderful experiences!”

“This is not our first stay here and we will continue until Alex won't have us anymore! The house is immaculate and has everything we could ever need for our weekend stay. Alex is always available in the event we need something or can't find it in the house, even stopping over to refill the toilet paper, which you need with six women in a house! You also can't beat the location. You are walking distance to a gas station and a liquor store, while still feeling like you are secluded and……

“We stayed her with my parents to do some ice fishing. Great location and a huge cabin to spread out. Would be super fun in summer to hang out on porches and play in the water! Kitchen was lacking some pots/pans/drinking glasses. We managed with 4 people but if you have a big crew you may need to bring some bigger pans and pots if you plan to cook.Place was clean and had nice updated bathrooms. Clean sheets and comfy beds. There was a very stong air freshener smell in basement and upstairs……

The huge kitchen and living space upstairs was so nice and open and the game room downstairs was a great activity option. I would highly recommend this place. ”

“The property worked great for our group. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all couples. One of the showers did not work but that was a minor issue. Would highly suggest cleaning the gutters before winter. Would have been nice to have the pine needles cleaned off the deck but overall very happy with stay and location. We would rent again. ”
