“Nice hotel. We were going on a one day train ride with Potomac Eagle railroad in Romney, which was about a half an hour away. There weren’t a lot of hotels to choose from and we were kind of hesitant, but it turned out great. Very friendly staff & the rooms were clean. Bed was comfy! They had coffee and snacks available at all times. Breakfast was good too. ”

“We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to……

“It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever……

“Had a great time with family. We had all that we needed. The cabin was clean, the deck and dog area was spacious, the fire pit was fun for making s’mores. Too hot for the hot tub but was private and nice. Having the two separate cabins gave all some privacy at night to unwind from the day.”
