I propose that front desk tell guests about number of chairs and coat hangers in the room. They could mention that the microwave in the room is good for making the breakfast oatmeal hotter.”

“The king bed room was absolutely the cleanest and spacious setting for a family owned property. The cherry furniture with microwave and refrigerator inside was extraordinary. So private and although highway 48 is close…we didn’t hear any cars or trucks!! I loved taking a hot bath also!! Views of the mountains are inspiring and breakfast was substantial….variety and convenient. We’ll return!”

“The guy at the front desk was very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The place doesn't look real nice from the outside but once you get inside the rooms are very clean and spacious and even have a full kitchen. The TV could have been bigger and there were no tissues in the room. I had to use the spare roll of toilet paper as tissues.”

“The property was so charming and nicely decorated! You felt at home as soon as you walked in the door. Paula was great with communication and making sure even the littlest of details were taken care of for her guests. “Our family had a great time at Cliffside Falls over Thanksgiving. The house was terrific…roomy and clean, with every amenity, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all. The hikes to the falls were amazing and a spectacular sight we will long remember. Rick was also a very welcoming host, and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend and love to return!”
