“The beds were incredibly comfortable, my room and bathroom were impeccable clean, check out wasn’t until noon and who doesn’t enjoy a free breakfast in the morning? What was super cool is that their pool is open until 11:00pm which was super cool for our family. My youngest daughter has special needs and one of her triggers is a baby crying or a dog barking. Needless to say we try to avoid being around either one. With the pool open so late, we got to go swimming for a good two hours without any……

“This property is in a great location of sea Ranch, close to the Del Mar recreation center and to Gualala.The good: Clean, good water pressure, nice linens, stocked kitchen (nice selection of pots and pans, knives, and utensils) and a lovely bookshelf with books and games. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. “Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. ”
