“This motel is in the historical district of Bedford. This is the only place ever, i was shown available rooms, and got to choose. The rooms were clean and inexpensive. The rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed seems comfortable. The man that checked me in today was very helpful and kind.”

“Easy check-in, great location, loved the fire pit and playing bumper pool.”

“Great access to IU. 5 guests for 2 night stay. Apt has AC, very quiet & clean.3 Full beds with sheets and blanket & 3 full BR with tub/shower. We brought a queen blow up for the 5th guest. Provides TP, paper towel, hand soap in kitchen & 3 BR, a few dishwasher pods, small dawn soap, a few garbage bags.Cole answered his phone anytime I called with a question. The freezer does not have an ice maker, no toaster, no hair dryer, no kitchen towels, has a few dishes-2 bowls. 2 small plates, 5 big……

“The desk manager was great. He called when we hadn’t checked in by 10:00 to confirm we were still coming and provided food recommendations. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus. ”

“Very nice location far away from everything with great amenities. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and adjustments that needed to be made. Would stay there again. Is a great location if you have dogs and want them to let loose a little bit. Though our furry friends preferred watching Netflix! ”
