“Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces……

“The condo is conveniently located for fishing at Lake Monroe. The complex is very quiet and the condo balcony looked out onto a beautiful wooded area perfect for bird watching. Very nice place to stay!”
