“Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues. ”

“We were in town with my son for a wedding at Notre Dame. Property was very convenient for all weekend activities. Would also be a great place to stay if you’re in town for a football game as it’s within walking distance to the stadium. Easy check-in and communication with the owner. ”

“The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”

“This place worked well for my adult daughter and me. Plenty of space, but the kitchen is a bit tight. Our neighbors in 201 were loud, as were the nearby restaurants. The biggest issue is no dedicated parking. During the day metered parking was full. Check-in instructions suggest flex lot, but some require car removal by 4AM. Fortunately we weren’t ticketed or towed. Otherwise proximity to campus and restaurants was great. Oh, and the units are 2nd floor with stairs only, so keep that in mind if……
