“The rental was clean. Nadia was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! The bed was super comfy, the pillow were not though. When ever we had questions Nadia was quick to reply with answers!”

“We spent some time in Carmel, while taking our daughter on a few college visits. The condo was very nice, and best of all was the location. Great spot in downtown Carmel, with easy, walkable access to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Also, only a very short drive to Meijer, as well as access to expressways. We would definitely consider another stay when visiting the Indianapolis area. ”

“Two couples shared this condo for the 2025 BIG Basketball Tourney held in Indy. The location was fantastic and this condo is sized perfectly for 2 couples. The condo was clean and minimally stocked with supplies. Desperately in need of a dining room table and chairs. Could use more silverware and kitchen supplies. Really need to explain garage access to renters before they arrive: unload your stuff at front door and temp park car on street. Take your stuff up and get fob from kitchen and then go……

Safe, walk to several good restaurants, pretty veiw from balcony (very noisy though cause right by the big bridge across to Louisville—no biggie for us ) the Condo was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of seating for guests. Some points that may be negatives depending on your pickiness. The condo is lived in by its owner except weekend. Feels like you’re just borrowing a friends place for the weekend. Clean but not what you may expect for a pricy rental. … strong ……
