“Finding Art and Lodging was a bonus to a get-away stay in South Bend. A beautifully restored home, this space also is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of the Oliver Mansion, the IU Civil Rights heritage center and some fine restaurants. A small place (only 8 guests at a time), this home has been meticulously up-dated, is clean, with a comfortable bed and a room heater which was just right on a cool evening. “Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown. Overall the instructions for parking and entering the building were very clear and easy to understand. The suite was clean. Came with extra amenities like a electric fireplace and a fridge. The jacuzzi bathtub is definitely big enough for two people. The bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows. A couple things I would suggest would be more detailed pictures of what comes with each room and the entrance way that leads up to the second……

“The property's address is 3575 Lanam Ridge Rd, Nashville. about 25 minutes drive from Bloomington and about 2.5 miles off of I-45. This is a beautiful cottage in a wooded area. It's cozy and homey, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is narrow road leading to the house. A beautiful place for vacation. ”

“With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour.
