“First and foremost, the cleanliness of this place was the best I’ve ever seen. I am very particular with cleanliness and this is the first place I’ve ever stayed at where I was actually completely comfortable being there. Everything in the space was warm and inviting. When we arrived they had the infrared fire place going and the place was warm and they had smell goods. It was so very welcoming. Teresa and Don were amazing hosts. They knew we were coming in for my husband’s birthday and helped……

“Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house.”

“We stayed for a pre holiday celebration. This is a great house, a wonderful deck, back yard (perfect for kids & pets), a screened in porch, a great fire pit, a big kitchen and roomy bedrooms. With so many extra kitchen supplies & an amazing pantry. It was perfect. ”

“This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.”

“From booking to check in and check out communication was great. House was everything and more than what was shown. Board games and other games downstairs. TVs in rooms and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Great little stay and will stay again if in the area!”

“Our stay at this house was fantastic! It's clean, updated, spacious, and had everything we needed for our visit to French Lick & Paoli Peaks. The amount of bedrooms and variety of bed sizes is great. The game room in the basement with multiple arcade games plus a TV with a Fire TV stick and a table with 6 chairs was absolutely perfect. The bathrooms were clean, had plenty of towels and washcloths; the kitchen & refrigerator were clean, and there's plenty of counter top space and island space……
