“This place worked well for my adult daughter and me. Plenty of space, but the kitchen is a bit tight. Our neighbors in 201 were loud, as were the nearby restaurants. The biggest issue is no dedicated parking. During the day metered parking was full. Check-in instructions suggest flex lot, but some require car removal by 4AM. Fortunately we weren’t ticketed or towed. Otherwise proximity to campus and restaurants was great. Oh, and the units are 2nd floor with stairs only, so keep that in mind if……

“Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.”
