“The manager of the property was very polite and sympathetic to our situation as we were in from Houston to say goodbye to a relative who was dying. She did pass away during our stay there. It was comforting to know we didn't have to stress about our hotel stay. My parents have stayed here multiple times visiting family and we definitely will too. Kudos to your managers on 3/18-3/20/25. ”

“The front desk is pretty good and friendly! She spend a lot of time to let us know the history of the city and recommended which food is good or not. It is safe to walk around in the night. There is no people around the hotel and pretty close to the gas station, only spend 4 mins if you drive. ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”
