“I would have loved to given the place 5 stars cause it’s a beautiful place & Robbie the host is such a nice man. We will go back!!! Only reason I gave 3 stars on cleanliness is: The outdoor kitchen needs the gas grill replaced cause the bottom is rusted out & needs a little more TLC.”

“All I can say is WOW! Frank and Linda are absolutely great folks and the view from the back porch was beautiful! Linda was so thoughtful and had baked muffins, cookies, and an anniversary package for us! Btw her baking skills are level 10! I very much enjoyed visiting with Frank at our check in. The proposer was PEACEFUL exactly what we were looking for. We will 100% be making a return visit to this gem in east texas. ”
