“We were in town for a family event and it was close to the event. The newly remodled room was nice, clean, quiet, and the price was excellent for a one night stay.”

“Best cabin any of the 12 people in our group has ever stayed. The original walk through the cabin had everyone in awe. Many places both indoor and outside for everyone to hang out. Tons of space to spread out with gathering spots for everyone to be together. After 30 years of renting several different properties for our annual spring get together, we have found a new landing spot to enjoy for years to come. ”

The only downside was watching a crazy neighbor hit several golf balls into the water… sometimes directly at children fishing. Not in the control of the owners/managers of this rental, obviously, but disturbing nature nonetheless. ”

“I don't normally write reviews, but thought it was warranted in this case. We had a family retreat for my mom's 80th birthday at the lodge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the checkin to the checkout John did a great job of communicating. The lodge has been recently updated which made it feel like we were the first ones to stay there. It rained the entire time we were there, but the cabin was so condusive to socializing and relaxing that we didn't even notice. Can't……
