“Old property but well maintain .. good for short trips ”

“No room service, not even tea or coffee available. Room looks cosy and well designed I stayed for 3 days. Second day I had to ask them to get room cleaned else would hav cleaned only after I checked out.”

Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing”
