Put a note on the door when we need to buzz ourselves in. Front desk wouldn’t buzz us in so we could “learn”. We were tired and only were staying only one night. ”

“Beds were pretty good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was rude when we attempted to check in after spending 2.5 hrs in stopped traffic for a car crash and a snow storm. We have a 21 hr drive and arrived 4.5 hrs later than anticipated. Didn't appreciate the receptionists rudeness and unwillingness to check us in for a half hour after we walked in the building at 1:45 am.
