“Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was well equipped and the outdoor living area was phenomenal. We did not take advantage of fishing off the dock, but we saw lots of fish there! We had some beautiful sunsets as well! The host was able to answer any questions we had. “The house was nice and clean. Our issue with the house was the noise. It is located on a very busy street and neighbors have dogs that bark. This made sleeping soundly very difficult. We ended up leaving a day early.”

“We stayed here for a friend group trip, and it was absolutely perfect! There were four couples, and we all fit comfortably. The house was super clean (which I’m particular about), and the beds were so comfy. The pool was crystal clear, and the outdoor kitchen made it easy to cook while still enjoying the outside. The canal in the back yard so beyond amazing. We saw fish, turtles and even an otter swim by! The layout was great—one bathroom in the master, another in a second bedroom, and a third……

Just a few small adjustments needed to make it more rental friendly.We would definitely stay here again Property management company was very responsive and quick to address any the small issues we had. Most of the remotes need to be labelled because we had to, by trial and error to figure out what work what. It could use a few more glasses and some silverware.
