“We were looking for a place convenient to Booths Bay Harbor Country Club. This was close, had a view of the water. Nice indoor and outdoor spaces. ”

“Great spot in Boothbay Harbor Maine. Walkable area to restaurants, boat excursions, shops and waterfront. Easy parking on premises. Check in time on our Expedia booked reservation states 2:00pm-4:00pm check in. We received a text message from the Inn manager letting us know check in was at 4:00pm and to send him a text when we were close to arrival. Other than the time difference check in was seamless and informative. Property manager was friendly and accommodating and walked us around the……

“Clean home and a great location. Watching the bay out of the picture windows in the morning with a cup of coffee was a perfect vacation. I highly recommend this property. ”

“The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The view in the back yard good with the river behind the house. We had Christmas Dinner there and everyone fit at the table and lots of room in the kitchen. I loved where the house was located. ”

“This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as fabulous - we could easily spend a lot of time there - it is exceptionally appointed with great convenience's, furnishings and outdoor living space. We can’t wait to return in the Spring - we literally parked the car and never got in it again! ”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”
