“Spent two nights here on my own to extend a family trip. I was met by Mark who welcomed me and gave me a tour. The coziest space, beautiful gardens, a screened in porch with comfy places to sit and read. Upstairs, the bed is so comfortable with soft cotton sheets and a variety of pillows. There’s AC but I opted to open all the windows and let the fabulous breeze come through. Every space is fully stocked with anything you might need and more. Fridge even had some cold bevies! I just felt so at……

“The Carriage House in Bath, ME was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The decor was lovely and the host was helpful, accommodating, and a good communicator. We would recommend staying here. ”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ……

“This was one of our very favorite places we have visited. The Greenleaf Inn was perfect and we lacked for nothing. Make sure you relax on the roof top deck with a coffee or glass of wine!”
