“The property was well kept, with lovely gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property had lovely cottage vibes and was well situated near town. The room was well appointed, spacious, with a comfy bed and linens. I would stay here again. ”

Check in time on our Expedia booked reservation states 2:00pm-4:00pm check in. We received a text message from the Inn manager letting us know check in was at 4:00pm and to send him a text when we were close to arrival. Other than the time difference check in was seamless and informative. Property manager was friendly and accommodating and walked us around the……

“The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The view in the back yard good with the river behind the house. We had Christmas Dinner there and everyone fit at the table and lots of room in the kitchen. I loved where the house was located. ”

“The cottage is just lovely, very “Maine”, newly redone and extremely comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”
