“While the property is roughly 20 min from UT, we found it to be very conveniently located and priced well. The hotel is clean, safe, and quiet. Our room seemed pretty up to date. The bed was comfortable. ”

A couple examples for me were 1) the front desk helping exchange towels late at night and 2) the owner was at breakfast each morning greeting guests and even offering to make waffles for people. The room was generally clean, with a little dust in the corner of the room.”

“The internet was down for most of my stay - it was an area wide problem, not something the hotel could control. On Saturday morning I decided to eat breakfast in the hotel. However, the sausage tray was empty so I opted for a waffle. Unfortunately, the syrup dispenser was empty also and I could find no staff handy to refill either so I went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Only thing I can say in their defense was that the hotel was very crowded including a little league baseball team……
