“Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and accomodations were fine. They don't serve breakfast, but with the money we saved, compared to other hotels, we could dine out for breakfast.”

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”

“Other reviews mentioned that the staff would do their best to accommodate any requests. A couple examples for me were 1) the front desk helping exchange towels late at night and 2) the owner was at breakfast each morning greeting guests and even offering to make waffles for people. The room was generally clean, with a little dust in the corner of the room.”
