“It was decent. Room was fine, heater made awful rattling noise all night and i swear I will never understand putting the HVAC units right under a window with curtains so they can blow open the entire time. Seems the dumbest design ever. Good location and price though. ”

“The room needed updated, there was a hole in the wall, there was duct tape on the shower knob and there was a roach in the bathroom. ”

“The toilet is wobbly and unstable”

“Great location next to the Tennessee Theatre and walkable to movie theatre and Market Square restaurants. Super cool rooftop lounge with great views too! Starbucks on site, and free, included breakfast was full of options. ”

“The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing.”

“A great place to stay for all events at UT. Campus and downtown are very walkable. The free breakfast is great. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The only downside is the street noise. It is very loud especially during high traffic times. There is a white noise machine in the room that helps a bit.”

“We came in to tour the college. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. But we never got housekeeping done to our room. I had to call two times Finally at7:00 pm Sunday night someone brought a couple of towels. Our room when we got there was clean. But it is a noisy hotel.”

“We love this hotel. It has several restaurants. The rooms are really nice and everything is clean. The parking can be tough because you have to valet, so if you leave anything in your car, you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that, we think it is perfection, and we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. Just an FYI ... Parking is $35 per night and taxes were around $30 per night. .”

“Great location for visiting University of Tennessee. Hotel theming was so cute. Dining option on site was convenient. Only parking option is valet. Definitely not a quiet location. Police sirens all hours of night and dumpsters getting emptied in middle of night. ”
