“Walked in the lobby area and it smelled clean, check in was super easy. Allowed me to check in a couple hours early. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only issue was, when you walk in the room it’s hot may need to leave the air on. I plan on staying again. Great stay ”

“It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it could have been better. My comforter was dirty & we didn’t realize it until right before check out. Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasn’t completely clean. We found hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. ”

“Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming. While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly. All was good otherwise. ”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“We were so impressed with this hotel. It was so clean. We were also surprised with the amount of space we had in our room. There was 5 of us, and we had 2 queens with couch. Then the breakfast. It was so good and had great options. My favorite was the individual spinach, Swiss cheese quiche. The only issue I personally had was that the toilet seat didn’t seem to fit right. (Too small maybe). I slide and pinched my leg. ”

“Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!”
