“Room was nice and large...bright and comfortable. Only issues were the bed was hard (for us) and tho there was a fridge n micro we wpuld have liked a coffee maker. But for the price we would stay again”

“Lynn at the front desk was very friendly and polite. The rooms were very clean and the property was well kept. We just stayed for a quick overnight due to bad weather but would have loved to stay another day!”

“Was our bad timing to arrive as the lobby was being re-tiled, the elevator out of service, and the fitness center closed (for the re-tiling). We stayed on the first floor and our visit was fine; nice breakfast. When we reported a bulb out, front desk provided a new one. Nice comfortable bed”

“Great location next to the Tennessee Theatre and walkable to movie theatre and Market Square restaurants. Super cool rooftop lounge with great views too! Starbucks on site, and free, included breakfast was full of options. ”

“The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing.”
